Cellar Door

The Caldera Cellar Door is tasteful, understated design with both indoor and outdoor seating. Our premium restaurant specialises in local fare platters, and in the future we will be opening our VIP wine tasting room, and of course, the chance to purchase all the delectable wine your heart desires.

The Cellar Door's full glass frontage allows sweeping views of the sparkling harbour and an open fireplace will wrap cooler days in a warm cloak of welcome. As well as vineyard tours and walking tracks to explore, courtesy transport to Akaroa will be available. You’ll be able to enjoy your time with us and leave your cares and cars behind.

Purchasing Wines

Start planning your home wine cellar. Caldera’s irresistible range is available for purchase from the Cellar Door as well as online. Whether you buy by the bottle or by the case, you’ll be able to take your wines with you, or choose to have them shipped.
